What is Redbubble?
What is this magical thing called RedBubble? If you aren't sure, let me give you a quick summary of what this website is all about. RedBubble is a place where artists can upload their designs (photographs, digital art, logos, ect.) and have them printed onto various objects such as tote bags, coffee mugs, phone cases, stationary, and toooons of other things too. You can pick what items you want your designs to be printed on and then offer those goods up for sale on your RedBubble store. The folks over at RedBubble take care of printing your designs, shipping out the items you sell, and collecting money from your customers so you don't have to worry about anything more than creating your art. In return for doing the hard stuff, Redbubble keeps a chunk of the money made when one of your items sells and will then pay you some for the sale too!
Is it a legit website, or is it too good to be true?
Doesn't this sound like a great concept!?! Personally, I think it almost sounds too good to be true... so to find out, I actually opened up my own RedBubble store, and even bought one of my own designs to test out. I was very pleased with my shopping experience (though I wish I would have bought a different item... one WITHOUT my own face on it! Hahaha!) and will be purchasing from there many, many more times. Here's a video Reviewing my RedBubble experience and showcasing what I bought:
RedBubble Review & Mermaid Merchandise!
Great for Professional Mermaids!!
So why am I telling you about RedBubble when this blog is mostly about mermaiding and mermaid things? Well... If you're a Professional Mermaid or other fairy tale performer who wants to sell some merchandise for your business but you don't know how to go about printing, shipping, and selling, then this is a really easy way for you to start selling your own custom gear without the hassle. It's something that I'm using to bring in a little extra cash in order to help support my YouTube Channel and mermaiding business, and I think that it is something that you could find useful too.
With that being said, I think now would be as great a time as any to point out that this blog post is NOT sponsored by www.RedBubble.com in any way, shape or form. I simply thought it was a really neat concept and felt the need to share it with youuuuu! ♥♥♥
Hopefully you found this information to be useful? If you did, I would really appreciate it if you could share this blog post with someone that you think could benefit from knowing more about this unique website. Thank you oodles and oodles for reading! Now go out there and create something magical!
