How to make a Fairy Dust Love Potion

If you've been watching my channel for a while, then I'm sure you've seen my video on how to make fairy dust (if not, then you should totally check it out here!). At the moment, it's my second most popular video on my YouTube Channel... which hopefully means that you enjoyed watching it? 

Anyways, one of the magical critters who watched that video asked me about making a "Love Potion." Because Valentine's Day is coming up soon, I figured now was as good a time as any to whip up a magical concoction inspired by this romantic time of the year. I'm honestly not sure if this potion reminds me more of mermaids or fairies though, since the sand and pearls scream "MERMAID!!!" to me, however... the colors remind me of more of fairies, or perhaps even a unicorn? Hahaha!

I'll leave that interpretation of it up to you! ;D

Springtime Fairydust Blend: 

  • 1/4 Cup White Sand
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Light Blue Glitter (super-fine)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon White Glitter (super-fine)
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Light Blue Glitter (Regular)
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Purple Glitter (Regular)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon White Glitter (Regular)
  • 1 Drop Mandarin Essential Oil
  • 2 Drops Vanilla Essential Oil
  • Light blue, Mint Green, and White Pearls (Optional)
  • Small Seashells (Optional)
  • 1/4 Cup White Sand
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Purple Glitter (super-fine)
