Unboxing my Second Silicone Mermaid Tail
Remember when I got my first silicone mermaid tail waaaay back in 2016? Okay, maybe you don’t remember it, but it happened!! And now, nearly 4 years later I am happy to announce that a SECOND silicone mermaid tail has joined The Magic Crafter Family. Yay!! As you probably know, Mernation Inc has silicone mermaid tails for sale online and their signature line USUALLY costs around $3000 USD. However, they had a killer sale this year and I couldn’t help but to take advantage of it.
In honor of a giant demonic sword from a very ssstylish video game, I have decided to name this devilish looking tail “Rebellion.” It is important to note that Rebellion will NOT be replacing my other silicone tail, Sparda. Simply, they will both be used to create different types of videos so that The Magic Crafter YouTube channel has more variety. Also, my little sister will be able to fit into either of these tails, so perhaps she’ll be open to swimming with me!
Anyways, welcome Rebellion to the Magic Crafter Family! This gentle devil is going to be a dangerously beautiful addition to the team.

Interested in getting a silicone mermaid tail too? I suggest getting a monofin or a fabric tail to practice in first! Below is the monofin that is in my new tail. It is very comfortable and propels me through the water quite quickly! It isn’t as easy to get off as my FINIS Rapid monofin, but it also stays on waaay better (obviously). If you’re a strong swimmer, this might be a great pre-mermaid tail monofin for you. If you’re still learning, go with a monofin that has a quick-release option such as FinFun’s monofin OR a FINIS Rapid/ Wave.
Here is the type of mermaid tail that I started with. It is very user-friendly and comes in a variety of different colors and sizes.
Thanks for swimming by to learn more about my NEW silicone mermaid tail, since I can’t ever seem to remember all of the details WHILE I’m filming! Bwahaha! If you’d like to learn more about my other tail, you can CLICK HERE to read all about it! Otherwise, stay tuned for Rebellion’s first swim video AND the new “Mermaid Quarantine” videos coming soon.
See you on YouTube next Friday!
